Every first Shabbat of the month, local yoga teacher and B'nai Israel member Helaine Sheias will lead us through deeply nourishing mindful movement. Helaine weaves Jewish wisdom with yoga postures, noting that our Jewish tradition teaches us when we listen to the wisdom of our bodies we get to experience the wonder of creation.
