Celebrate Hanukkah at B'nai Israel

The Holiday of Light is just around the corner! Beginning on Sunday, December 2, we will light candles every evening until Sunday, December 9. Join us for special activities at BIJC on the First Day of Hanukkah.

Hanukkah’s themes of rebuilding and rededication are especially poignant as our communities recover from the most recent fires. Please join us on the first night at 5 PM when we join as community and light the first candle at the outdoor menorah placed in front of the synagogue. There will be light refreshments and live music afterward.

The celebration begins at 3:30 PM with the Sisterhood Homemade Food & Baked Goods Sale.  Go ahead — indulge your family with some Jewish comfort food! The Gift Shop will be open from 3-6 PM.
