Includes all ritual items: Matzo, wine or juice, greens, bitter herbs, Charoset, etc.
1st COURSE:  Gefilte Fish with Red Beet Horseradish, Hard Boiled Eggs
2nd COURSE:  Chicken Matzo Ball Soup OR Vegetarian/Vegan Matzo Ball Soup  (by Pre-order)
MAIN COURSE:  Brick Chicken with Meyer Lemon Olive Oil rosemary salsa verde, Smashed & Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, Simply Roasted Spring Vegetables with herbs & garlic olive oil
VEGETARIAN / VEGAN  MAIN COURSE: (by Pre-order) Quinoa Cake, Wild Mushroom Reduction & Onion “Marmalade”
DESSERT: Almond Macaroons & Coconut Macaroons, Fresh Seasonal Fruit. Coffee and Tea

No flour / wheat  / grain  products (including grain vinegar) other than kosher for Passover matzah is used in any foods, all meat / chicken is kosher, and no dairy or whey used in any food.
